Thank you to Tracy at Hey Harriet for hosting Shadow Shot Sunday every week! A lovely sharing site with links that are always fun to look at even though I don't always have shadows to post.
And once again, this week there aren't any shadows in our life. Of course that means not much sunshine either! So this is a Flashback to the sun and shadows of just last month -- another season, another state.
Hard to tell which of these wrought iron gates is real and which is shadow. Just a sidewalk shot in St Augustine -- early in October.
Oh, I love your shadowy flashback! What a delightful capture! Wrought iron always makes for beautiful shadows! Hope your weekend is going well, Sallie! Thanks as always for your visit and kind comment, they are always much appreciated! Enjoy!

Great shadows. I would know that was a gate without seeing the source. I have been to St. Augustine and remember all the great ironwork. Thanks for taking me back to another time and another life.

Beautiful shadow shot!!! Love the iron gate's details and the way that none of that detail is lost in the shadow! Thanks for sharing!!

The filagree is beautiful both on the gate and in the shadow.

Saint Augustine is a great place for all kinds of shots. I'm partial to these wrought iron shadows.

Interesting photo. Not many of us are lucky enough to have pictures from almost every state in the nation. You've introduced me to so many fascinating places/sites with your intriguing blog. Keep up the good work.
