What a beautiful place - I love the gentle ripple in the water making the reflection slightly out of focus.

Lovely, I can understand why you like it there.
We've been suck in a winter rut, I'm getting restless, time to go somewhere, find something new to photograph!

Hi Sallie
That sure looks on the surface a very peaceful river scene, but would there be "delightful" aligators lurking in the waters or the scrublands along the banks????
For some unknow reason, I looked at my feeble blog attempt and noted your comment! Thank you. Just hope Diane doesn't do the same, otherwise I will be in for another darn lecture on my laziness - ha ha!
As for the Chateau Neuf du Pape, I think I'd take a sip any time of the day or night - ha ha. The nectar of the Gods!
Cheers

I could so see going out on that little dock and sitting down dipping my toes in the water - such a lovely spot!
Of course I couldn't do that here - three inches of snow and fifteen degrees at the moment.

I would love to have been here this weekend rather than freezing in Virginia. It has been in the teens and oh, so cold. The reflections are beautiful and the image so serene and peaceful. genie
