Scary fun!

Andy - My tolerance for terror has never been very high to begin with and has declined even more with age!! As I'm sure you and every reader knows, the technical part of this post is Bill's, the terror part was mine. He was never afraid ;>).

Geoff -- those stacks of yachts would be fun to go through! I don't think there would be any rejects.

We just got back from another successful boat trip picnicing jjust the other side of the Franklin Lock, the first one we went through a while back.

I'm liking the picture of the boat storage sheds. They look like lumber yard bins. And I spent a bit of time there as a kid, helping dad flip over boards, pick out the good ones and restack rejects.

So now I'm picturing him doing the same, but with boats.

Glad you're safe. At least that water is warmer than Winchester Bay.

Andy

Yes, Adventure! What's life without a little excitement/terror?
