We remember blue skies -- yes we do. This is another memory from a New Mexico trip. It is in the tiny town of Hatch, which is famous for growing peppers. And that is what is drying on the roof of this shop.
The colors, the blue sky, the ristras and the hot peppers drying in the sun .... everything about this memory just warms me up on a chilly morning.
I like this picture because it really does warm me up. Also, I've never seen the peppers drying on the roof that way. It's really neat.

Lovely clear blue skies indeed! Methinks this photo would work well for Pink Saturday and Window Views too if you were so inclined to participate. My sister and her husband arrived home on Monday and are busy unpacking and getting settled for the holidays. It's good to have them around though I suspect it won't be for long. I've shared reflected warm beach sunset views taken this past week at Happily Retired Gal and the 'real views' at Sacred Ruminations this week.
Hugs and blessings,

My pepper plant produced one this summer. Next summer if I get two or more, I'll know how to dry them for we have a tin roof. :D Good shot.
