I love, I love, I love that song! It was one of the first ones I bought when we got iTunes years ago.

Margot

I started reading the words to the song and immediately the tune and Patti Page's voice was in my head. I went to the website and sure enough it matched what was in my head. Amazing, isn't it, that something that happened over 50 years ago is still there. Yes, I was also in high school then (I graduated in 1959) and still recall most of those tunes. Thanks for bringing back the memory.

Just love that moon shot...Cape Cod is such a wonderful place to visit. Martha's vineyard is awesome!

What a breathtaking shot, Sallie! Wow! Really took my breath away! It was really fun hearing Patti Page, great memories. Another blogger had written about Tony Curtis today as he died yesterday or early today, have to admit I was suddenly feeling really old!!! Hope you're enjoying your time in MA!

Beautiful moon looking down at you. And there couldn't be a better song official song for the Cape Cod region. I remember Patti Page, and I remember 1957. Thanks!

Who doesn't love Patti Page!
Love this shot of the moon.
I'm sitting here staring at the moon now. Earlier I thought about taking my camera out but I'm a little lazy this evening. :)

Eileen

Great shot! Sounds like you are having a fun time and seeing lots. I love traveling.

Sallie, what a great photo. I've been following your trek north and it appears you have enjoyed the sites and sounds of your travels. Looking forward to more. Jude

I certainly enjoyed listening to Patty singing that lovely song. And it did remind me of the wonderful little town by the sea where I was born and grew up.

I can wait to see more of your fantastic journeys, Sallie.
be well, be happy ;)
