FOR WEEKENDS IN BLACK AND WHITE
But because it fits this meme so well, here are couple more pictures from this magnificent place. These dainty white wildflowers are plucky! Not everything could bloom in this rocky environment. These pictures are from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. It was a stop on our summer roadtrip that I posted about here.
Such an intersting photo Sallie - I cannot stop looking :)
Hope everything is ok!
Take care - wishing you all the best!

I was there a couple of years ago, and your photo perfectly captures the jagged, rocky nature of the terrain.

That's a great top view of a dramatic canyon, Sallie. And good eye for seeing the wild flowers... they are dainty and hardy!

Ansel Adams would have loved those cliffs. :)
They certainly give way straight down from the flat land don't they.
Nice shots Sallie!
