The view from from our "back yard" one day last month. Until this past weekend, it has been cool and rather overcast -- but Oregonians don't let that bother them -- they are outside playing anyway. And those of us who are visiting are grateful that we're out of the extreme heat. (Real Oregonians take the cooler weather for granted!)

The lake look full. I just saw a photo on TV of a lake in Texas that is down 9 feet because of the drought. I don't think that's often the problem in Oregon although I do recall your lake being low. I think that was done on purpose, not because of a drought.

A very summery scene! The red and white reminds of a picnic tablecloth. :) Wouldn't mind a picnic out on the water.

This is a cheerful scene! I'm glad for some warmer weather, myself, June and most of July were unseasonably cool and wet here.

Love that red and white striped mail sail. It is just toooooo cool. I sailed a lot growing up in south Florida, but have never done it as an adult. This capture is lovely with the water and the single sailboat. Genie
