Hi Sallie!

Wishing you a very Merry and safe Christmas! xo

Thank you so much for your lovely comment on my blog a few days back re Shadow Shot Sunday. Sorry I'm a little late to respond, but wanted you to know that your words were very much appreciated and thank you so much for being a part of SSS. I look forward to seeing future shadow shots of yours at the new SSS home :D

Joe Todd

Sounds wonderful.. Merry Christmas

Andrew

Merry Christmas Sallie...
I hope you have a wonderful time and 2012 brings you all you need to keep enjoying life.

Big hugs Andrew xx

So that's what it's like for the snowbirds at Christmas. Sounds like loads of fun. I was stopping by to wish you and your husband a very happy Christmas but it looks like you have already started on the happy. I'll simply add: Merry Christmas!!

Clair Z.

Sallie, I'd like to thank you back for all your posts, which have inspired these travelers-to-be over the last year. Have fun lighting your candle-baggios, and enjoy your Christmas, traditional or not. As a matter of fact, a warm Christmas sounds pretty good to me right now. If you look at the national weather maps, you will see that we are the only ones in the country getting snow. I guess that makes up for last summer, when we were the only ones who didn't get any rain!

JM

I've celebrated Christmas a couple of times in the tropics, far from the season stress, and what a difference, loved it! :-) Happy Christmas, Sallie!

icedgurl

trekking your amazing blog! keep blogging! happy holidays!

cheers!
...TREK...

Hi Sallie,
Thanks for the visit! I have been busier than usual with life outside of blogging, so haven't been around much.

Looks like a fun celebration!

Merry Christmas!

Mickie Brown

Sallie, Merry Christmas to you and your family too. Warm and sunny topped off with fireworks--sounds good to me. Mickie :)

dianne

tradition is what you make it
I love your non traditions ;)

I do celebrate both Christmas and Chanukah

Jackie from Yorkshire

A nice way to celebrate, the lights and fireworks are pretty. We've just finished our Santa Specials and the weather has now turned dismal, cold and wet, all I want to do right now is hibernate.

pat

It sure sounds great to me!
Hope you enjoy the season...

Francisca

A non-traditional Christmas is what we will have here, that's for sure. Yours looks bright and merry... as I hope the rest of the holiday season will be for you, Sallie. I look forward to sharing more fun and fantastic posts with you in the new year.

[And you are certainly not just "anyone else"... I wrote that in the wee hours of the morning and knew it was "wrong" but have been too preoccupied to change it to something more endearing, as it ought to be! Good on you for pointing it out, dear blogger friend! xo]

Pam

The best of southern living in winter is the 75 degree weather, right Sallie! Beautiful fireworks and boats decks lit-up like Christmas trees.
Jupiter also has a boat parade with fireworks each year.

Sallie, I wish you and your a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.
Hugs,
Pam :)

Red Nomad OZ

75 degrees? Pah!! We've been forecast 36+ (Celsius - approx 100 F) for Xmas day - that's hot even by Aussie standards! There's a special Xmas surprise for you on my blog in my 'Sunshine' post! Enjoy!!

CameraCruise

What a wonderful celebration, beautiful photos!
Wishing you both A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.

Wayne

I like the idea of fireworks at Christmas, they are beautiful!

Carletta

Christmas is always a little different depending on where you are. I love a lighted boat parade. They have one of these along the waterfront in Norfolk, VA.
We haven't seen snow this year yet and it looks to be a wet one. :)
Merry Christmas to you both Sallie!

Nicole

That looks like the kind of 'christmas' celebrations I would like too :)
Beautiful photos!
And all the Best for you too :)

Kay L. Davies

Beautiful photos for the season, Sallie.
Wishing you all the best for the holidays and in the coming year.

Stewart M - Australia

Hi there - I've been doing Christmas in summer for almost 20 years now, and it still feels out of place. It should be cold!

Cheers - Stewart M - Australia

Leovi

What a beautiful parade of light and color, these photos are gorgeous. Merry Christmas.

Lady Fi

What a wonderful way to celebrate! Have a lovely Christmas!

Martha

I bet that is even more lovely in person, with the lights reflecting off the water. Enjoy your Holiday with friends.

Rajesh

Beautiful light decorations on the boats.

Penny

Absolutely delightful, Sallie. What a fun way to celebrate Christmas. I love it! As said above, is is what in one's heart that matters, isn't it? Enjoy!

Pieces of Sunshine

I guess it's what we celebrate in our heart that matters. Christmas is always mid-summer here with a mix of traditions.

Al

That sounds like a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas. It's not been 75 degrees here for months!

Hazel

Best wishes for Christmas to you and all your readers!

A lovely way to celebrate! Our local canal and the marinas were about 4' deep in ice this time last year, so the boats could not move!

Nick

Sounds like a wonderful celebration! Good captures of the lights.

sondra

Thats fun a floating parade...I like NON traditional its more fun to paint outside the box right?

texwisgirl
