Magical Mystical Teacher

It takes work AND water to grow those flowers!

Ebie

Back home we have this red bougainvillea(it grew like a tree)that never stopped blooming, almost all year round. As it got older, hehehe like me, we had to chop it down.

Leah H.

Beautiful flowers..

Visiting for Ruby Tuesday 2! Hope you can stop by:)

Lovely rosy bougainvillea.. until a thorn pricks you when you cut them.
:)

I lived in Arizona for over a decade, and growing plants is very easy there!! These are a luscious, deep and beautiful red, aren't they?

My Tuesday post is: GOING BACK TO Houston, Houston, HOUSTON

Kara

Very pretty. here in New England we are not seeing any outdoor flowers this month...or next month or even the month after that for that matter...well maybe a crocus or two in March if we are lucky

Maria @ LSS

Beautiful shot. Happy RT!

Mine's here.

Raine

What a bright and beautiful addition to the streetscape! These flowers look so charming as they tumble over the white fence!

Hi there - I have just returned from the wild, woolly and less that wonderful world of wireless only internet - so now I'm catching up. Thanks for the comment on my ‘wordy blog’.

Great pictures – I like it when flowers seem to have a mind of their own. So much better than straight lines.

Cheers - Stewart M - Australia

Gorgeous bougainvillea! The color is so bright and pretty. I am longing for springtime. Great photo.

Carletta

Lovely against the white fence!
It was hot and humid during summers in Virginia and I always planted begonias. Red ones - my favorite flower color.

ramblingwoods

so pretty on a snowy day here

Annie

So beautiful colours; I miss them and hope they'll come back soon ! Have a nice and peaceful week-end, Sallie !

Nicole

Lovely photo! I love pink Bougainvillea!

This is springtime in the desert.
I didn't know that Magical Mystical Teacher had taken over Ruby Tuesday, thanks for the info.

Carver

I love the splash of color, especially since this isn't flowering season here.

Wayne

Thanks for posting some color, it's getting kinda drab outside these days :-(

SandyCarlson (USA)

Al

A lovely post for the middle of winter, to remind us of what we can look forward to!

Halcyon

So very pretty!

Mama Zen

How pretty!

Barb

Climbing show stoppers - esp. in an arid climate.

Nick

Lovely photo of this bougainvillea, Sallie! One of the most rewarding things about gardening is to get your flowers to grow in an adverse climate (as this person has done!).

Thank you for participating in Floral friday Fotos!

Hazel

Lovely-and they'll have looked even more so in a desert area!

TexWisGirl

they're pretty. bougainvilla, maybe? (i know i'm not spelling that right...)
