It's still warm and sunny here at the Lake. And that makes it hard to get into an Autumn kind of mood.
So here are some more summer blooms from the begonia garden posted earlier here.
On the Pine Tavern's patio, willow trees provide the shade these flowers need out in the high desert sun. But it is the tree below (inside the dining room ) that explains this landmark restaurant's name.
For MOSAIC MONDAY and NATURE FOOTSTEPS BLO-MA on Tuesday. Thank you to the hosts.
Beautiful colours and flowers ! Here some flowers are blooming too but...it's son the end !

Hi Sallie,
This is supposed to be for your bird post, but I couldn't submit it there. Sometimes the whole computer-internet-blog system is very weird!
I love your birds, especially the redwings.
I had a pair of black headed grosbeaks come to my feeders this summer, the first I had ever seen. They are so beautiful!
Thanks for the visit, I haven't been blogging as much lately, and I really enjoy visits from my friends when I post. Hope you have a wonderful day!

A tree inside? What vivid begonias - I'm still enjoying YOUR flowers!

Those are beautiful flowers. I'm ready for the cool weather but I'll admit with the lows in the 40s F last night and the high only reaching 51 F today I've been tempted to turn on the heat after coming in from running errands in the rain. I always like to hold off because my favorite thing is no A.C. or heat until the seasons fully change.

that kind of fresh flowers are long gone where I live. Nice to see them. Welcome tomorrow to Blo-Ma

We are frozen again for the second day in a row. One more freeze tonight and we warm up into Indian Summer.
Your photos are lovely!

Hi there - great colours! You seem to have gone back into summer and winter is having one last try here!
Glad you liked the spring tree shot - the next day it was raining! Not too much work done last week, I was away from home on holiday!

Begonias are among my favorites. I had beautiful yellow ones last year and they nearly overwintered. Darn. Your reds and pinks are rich and beautiful.

The begonias are beautiful. One of my favorite restaurants in New Mexico has several trees growing through the rooms/roof. Fun! Good food too!

The red begonias certainly add 'wow' to a garden, don't they? Nice to see the tree incorporated inside the restaurant.
