This bouquet of food is from the Eugene Farmer's Market (decorative kale and herb door hanger) and from our next door neighbor's garden (yellow and red pepper plants and artichoke blossom). Enjoy!

Fruit does come from flowers, so I see no problem with eating flowers. :)
A lovely mosaic today.
PS: I found some info on the artwork. Take a look back at yesterday's post fora link.

Food as flowers and flowers as food both work well for me! And you've made both as art, too, Sallie! Lovely mosaic. Perhaps a last warm hello to you from Manila before we move to chilly Moldova!

These are all splendid Sallie, but the ornamental cabbage is my favorite. Unfortunately, we can't grow them in the lowlands here!

It all looks good to me! At the Arboretum today there were ornamental cabbages...red okra and swiss chard in with the flowers! It was beautiful!

It is lovely that these edible plants can also be so beautiful. I have just caught up with the lovely photos and words in your recent posts. We are also enjoying some beautiful autumnal weather at the moment and the garden is loving it.
