Gorgeous photos! Blue and gold is my favorite combination :)

Annie

So beautiful, this bright blue sky ! Thanks, Sallie !

Penny

Glorious.

Linda

Love that last shot; great texture and color.

Gaelyn

Endless seas of gold under brilliant blue skies. I find the wind turbines sculptural but don't like them because of the birds and bats.

Gail

Excellent shots and the blue and gold colors make them pop. I'm one of those against the wind turbines for the birds' sake. Enjoy your travels and keep coming back to share!

Michelle

very peaceful looking

Linda

LOVE IT!!! I'm so glad your children and granddogs are back home!!

What beautiful country side, that last photo is breathtaking!

Lindy

Beautiful, wide-open landscape and the blue sky is stunning!

Arti

I love your gold and blue lovliness, Sallie! And it looks so artistic - those windmills.

Hazel

I remember years ago seeing a wind farm on the hills of Shetland. It seemed a blot on the
And scape then. Now the wind turbines are a fact of life....

Sondra

Beautiful landscapes where sky meets land, that is what I love about the west, here we have so many trees its hard to see the horizon!

DeniseinVA

Gorgeous Sallie! I felt very fortunate to see all the wheat growing along our route. Truly spectacular sights!

Love that last pic especially! It's been a long time since my own sky was cloudless!

Dearest Sallie;
Oh, I LOVED and ENJOYED your "blue & gold" post♡♡♡ Especially the last picture; such huge stretched field!!! And NO cloud in the pictures. Never seen the wind machine before. Happy for your wonderful trip♬♬♬

Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan to my dear friend in America, xoxo Miyako*

Hadn't thought about "blue & gold" in this context, but it's a perfect description for these photos!

Hildred

Gorgeous countryside, Sallie. And nicely captured.

Karen, Pixel Posts

Beautiful rural landscapes Sallie!

Dina J

Beautiful shots! I think those wind turbines look cool. We saw them recently leaving the Grand Canyon. I didn't think about the bird injuries though. Yuk!

this could also easily be california. it is golden like this now here too.

TexWisGirl

Eileen

The blue sky and golden field look beautiful together, Sallie! Lovely captures! Have a happy weekend!

Carletta

Beautiful landscapes!
Each photo I looked at I kept thinking 'amber waves of grain'.
I for one love the wind turbines. Whenever we are traveling and see some we try to get as close as possible. Something about them draws me in. :)

Thanks so much for your sweet comments about my little Grandgirls. Don't know what we did without them. :)

Jim

Good combo.

Carver

Beautiful skies and rural scenery.

gerald

I like the rolling cornfield
