Added Note on Thursday morning: I just realized that there is a fence here (and it definitely better be a good one!) so I will link this also Tex's new meme GOOD FENCES.

That's a good one. I had a canyon visitor tell me only 10% of people read signs. This after I stopped him walking his dog on a trail with a sign that said "No dogs".

I would stay clear. Gators only eat once a month. The problem is one never knows if a particular day is that "once a month" time!
