Pat

Those are some pretty creative names!

Gail Dixon

Love the coffee shop name! How clever. You find the neatest places and signs.

ramblingwoods

We too are fan of them and locally owned book stores..

Carver

Those are great names and look very appealing.

Penny

You can imagine my glee here, Sallie. I would be a frequent visitor at Second Hand Prose. :) I've always wanted to visit Eugene, Oregon. One more reason do come.

DeniseinVA

Lovely! We like our libraries also. Have a great day Sallie :)

Halcyon

I also love libraries! Which reminds me, I need to visit my local library more often (although the selection of English books is not so great).

Jim

I like how open it is

Barb

Coffe and books - a good combination!

Lois

I love libraries too and this one looks wonderful!

Aimee

Wow! What an awesome public library and I LOVE the idea of having a café on site:)
Blessings,
Aimee

Lowell

I would have no problem spending several hours in that place. The problem is I'd probably max out another credit card!

BTW, I am posting at L & L Photography (http://www.landlfotos.com/blog.html)

You must be heading back to Paradise soon, right?

Tom The Backroads Traveller

I just read that libraries are hospitals for the mind! Tom The Backroads Traveller

VioletSky

Love the idea of a cafe inside a library! They have certainly changed a lot for the 21st century.

RedPat

It looks like such a nice place, Sallie!

Gaelyn

Eugene is such a fun town. Great combination here.

Marleen

That looks most inviting!

Linda

I like the looks and the names! If I lived there I would be sure and stop by!

I always say..things don't have to be ugly. Nice redos for both places.

TexWisGirl

second hand prose - brilliant. :)

Debbie

for people who love to read, and even those who don't...this looks like a "day trip" to me!! those names are perfect!!!

orchid

Oh, I'd stay whole day for this place♡♡♡ I don't think there is a library with coffee shop like that, how wonderful to have a break♪

Poppy

There's nothing like a good book, accompanied by a steaming hot beverage (and a tiny treat!:). Your library looks like a little haven of both!

Happy Wednesday, Sallie!

Poppy
P.S. Thanks for stopping by Poppy View!!

Yogi

I love libraries and yours looks like a nice one. Our nice big spacious library in downtown Tulsa is closed for three years while they embark on an unfunded leisurely renovation. Meanwhile they opened up for business in a former grocery store with very few books, and lots of computers for the meth heads in town check their email on. Not happy!!

Jenn Jilks

I never use eBooks and we frequent the library a lot! What a neat spot!

Eileen

The stores look nice, I love coffee. So, that would be my favorite place.. I am guilty of using the ebooks now.. Have a happy day!

Gattina

Looks great ! I love second hand stores in general.
I don't buy any books anymore we have the house full and now I have my Kindle to read books !
