Awwwww... I will have to remember this slime fun for the future. Thank you so much for the lovely comment, we'll all the comments and support. I really appreciate it. We should be going too see baby Blake this weekend, but I am still not up to it which is killing me.... But soon I hope... Michelle

A fun post. My granddaughters are all in their twenties now, ages 21 to 27. goodness time files.

The best part is three generations laughing together. How delightful!

I think YOU brought the party to them! Fun times...I so understand!

I have noticed that about myself too. I never used to be able to sit contently in one place for so long!

Well out of the way of slime is where I would want to be too! Looks like a fun day with family!

Nothing like having fun with the kids.
Like that big tree.

Wonderful photos.

Sounds like a good day - and a tree like that must be perfect for sleeping under! Especially on a hot afternoon!

this seems like so much fun. :) I think you should have given the camera to somebody else :) Glad you got some shade below the tree :)

That must be so cool. Three generations young enough to play together.

It's always a great time when family shows up.

What cute great-grandkids you have Sallie! That "hot" tub looks great for this hotter than normal summer:)
Blessings, Aimee

Hi Sallie,
This sounds like a great party.
Getting hands dirty, chasing other boys and gals...
Some good food...
What else can one ask for? :)
Glad you had fun!
Have a Great Week!
Peace :)

sounds awesome hanging out with the rambunctious bunch!

Oh how wonderful to see your family growing and seeing your great grandchildren at that. Not many get that privilege.

Those boys are adorable!! You did such a beautiful job photographing all the action. Good idea to stay out of the slime mix. I'm totally with you on that.

The perfect way to spend a summer day! I was wishing I had set up a pool this year it was NOT in the stars but next yr for sure!!

Summertime fun and aren't you lucky to have 4 generations around! Wow! Wonderful photos! Happy!

Happy Week to you,

Oh so much fun I spy and what delights to making memories!

PS Love that tree!

This is the best kind of day, Sallie! My grands created slime last year at one of their birthday parties. I think it was the kind you could throw at each other - at least that's what they did. Like you, I took the photos so was safe.

Didn't realize that you are a great grandmother! What fun to have generations together for some fun!

Penelope Puddlisms

What luck for these youngsters to have such a fun grandma. In an uncertain world, it is always so heartening to see generations of one family sharing laughs, wonderful times (and slime) together. :)

Lady Fi

What fun! And I do love that huge tree.

EG CameraGirl

Sounds like fabulous quality time with family!

Hey sign me up!! It looks like fun. I like the cool tub vs hot tub thing.

Jenn Jilks

What fun!!!!

Hello Sallie, looks like a great day spent with your family. The swim looks like fun and I love the big old tree. Have a happy Monday and new week ahead!

That is a beautiful place, a perfect holiday place.

Sounds like a perfect time to me, Sallie. What "slimy" fun. It's fun to observe children's reactions to slimy things - and oh to jump in that hot tub. Very hot and humid here, which is typical for July, it's just that we've had weather more typical of northwest this year. :) Enjoyed seeing your great-grands.
