We arrived home safely early Saturday afternoon. The rest of the tiny-trailer-trip went well. We were careful and feel well and are now self-isolating in our town-house-type apartment, which feels quite large after the trip.
Internet's not hooked up at home yet, so this will be short as I'm eating up data minutes using the phone as a hot-spot.
We had this view on the last night of our trip. It is only a little over an hour from home on the McKenzie River, but we didn't want to arrive on Friday evening all tired out from too much traveling. Especially because we had to unload the trailer at home before taking it empty out to the "storage space" our son-in-law and daughter kindly let us have at the back of their place in the country.
It was good to see them as we unloaded -- and to talk to them at a safe distance with our masks on. (Well, it would of course have been nicer to have been able to hug them hello, but under the circumstances I am grateful for what we got.)
Now we'll keep busy for a few days sorting out all the stuff we unloaded -- and doing laundry. Wow does that pile up in a couple of weeks!
I look forward to having time to catch up with blogging soon and don't expect to be bored at all staying home - - at least for a while.

Happy to know you are safe at home ! Staying at home after a so big trip is a real pleasure and knowing your family is just near you too. I hope, that, like us, you have a little garden or something like that, where you can go outside and walk a little. Stay safe and happy !

Good you made it home safely, but why? Isn´t travelling the best?
I soo miss the times when we travelled Australia, roaming free wherever we wanted to go to. Seeing new places, having the clear sky, the stars...

I'm glad to hear that you are home and will be comfy staying inside. We have been on lockdown for three weeks. I am grateful for unlimited internet!
I'm so happy that you joined us over at at 'My Corner of the World' this week!

Glad you’re home safe and sound, Sallie. Strange times, indeed, when our own children need to be kept at a distance. Our Easter involved a conversation behind the rolled up glass of a car window.

Welcome back home, Sallie. I'm sure you are happy about that.
Take care and stay safe!

that view was a good one. You must have enjoyed it. Glad you are home safe and sund.
Sweden is quite cold and windy right now so it is not time for long walks. We are not that locked down yet as I see many other countries are. But shoos closes down and people lose their jobs. :( Makes me feel glad I am retired.
Take care, stay safe.

Being on the road out of necessity at this terrible moment sounds like an ordeal. Glad to hear that you are safely back and now experiencing things the way the rest of us have done.

I am pleased that you are home safe and well. Now you will have plenty of work to keep busy in isolation, but getting back to normal is as good as it gets sometimes. The laundry is always the big chore but its good to get it done and the unpacking too takes a long time. Thanks for your comments on my blog, I think we have a lot in common and I enjoy reading your blog too even though we're on the other side of the world. It is wonderful that we have technology to get us through all this! Take care.

Welcome Home! So happy to read you made it home on Saturday afternoon and had energy to empty the trailer. You must have been so relieved to be in your space in Oregon. Hope you can get hooked up to the internet soon. Happy Belated Easter!

Glad you made it safely. Strange times we are in. I kind of wonder what the permanent changes to our culture and economy are going to be. I am retiring June 1 and it seems like a good time to bow out (from the work world).

So glad you make it back home safely. That was a risky trip to take right now, but all of your full-time RV experience I'm sure helped. Thanks for stopping by to comment on my blog already. We were able to reduce our Internet at the cabin to reduce cost and our Internet in Powell River is now on a six month $0 vacation. Unfortunately I'd already used our once a year vacation option up the lake. But less cost is better than the full cost. - Margy

I was pleased to read that you got back safely, and don't sound too exhausted!
Here, masks are like gold, but my chemist gave me a few, and then ordered me 50 online. I'm not supposed to go out, and have a "shopper", as well as kind neighbours. The former left me just two potatoes for a week, so a neighbour bought me a big bag from a local shop 😊.
Best wishes for the next few weeks🐥🐣🐤

Glad to hear you are home and safe. Virtual hugs are better than nothing. May I suggest PdaNet app to use as a hotspot and bypass your provider. Best $7.95 I've spent.
